About our home

Spacious two floor apartment in the center of Condado in San Juan. The kitchen, dining and living room are upstairs and you go downstairs to the bedrooms. (Not the typical two floor design.) There is three bedrooms and three bathroom. One bedroom is converted into a closet space, the other bedroom is an office space with a single's futon and a master bedroom where two can sleep. The living room has a big comfy sofa (where two can sleep) and a flat tv. Ideal for 2-3 people but can easily fit 5 people if necessary.

We are a couple that love to travel! I am 34 year old photographer, photo retoucher and jewelry designer and my husband, 40, is a technical engineer. We are quite flexible with exchange dates and duration. We also have the sweetest cat as a roommate. :)

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

My apartment is located on the center of the touristic area in San Juan, only two blocks away from everything, the beach, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, grocery, internet shops, stores, hospital, post office, hotels, casinos and parks. And a 5-10 minute ride to the historic city of Old San Juan and from the international airport. Great location!
