About our home

Nikitskiy Blvd. is at the center of Moscow's Arbat District and this 200 m2 loft is like an oasis in what is arguably one of the most energetic cities in the world. The loft backs onto the incredibly quiet Kalashny Perulok so its hard to believe that you are 700 meters from the Kremlin and smack in the middle of a very refined theater and cafe culture. The loft is spacious and easy to relax in and with 9 large windows and a balcony, there is nothing but sunlight, especially on summer mornings. The master bath has heated floors, an enormous porcelain bathtub from the 1890's and a shower made with handmade translucent glass bricks from 1800's.

  3. We live on our antique trawler during the summers but August is too hot in the Med.
