About our home

Cozy comfortable apartment in the center of Moscow near the historic Catherine Park. You can see from the window of the apartment the park and its rotunda, three theaters, a museum, several churches and the central mosque, the Olympic complex and other places of interest. You can visit many historical places of Moscow on foot and walk along the boulevards that go from our house to the historical center. Metro station and public transport stop are close to home.
We have direct access from our cozy courtyard to Catherine’s Park.
The apartment has two bedrooms and one living room, spacious kitchen and bathroom, balcony. We have everything you need for a comfortable life. We live on the 7th floor and have an elevator
We live here recently and love this place very much. We believe that this place is one of the best in Moscow for living and walking.
Previously, we made many successful exchanges and all our guests were wonderful people. When we are in Moscow, we provide one bedroom for guests. We meet and show our favorite places in Moscow. When we travel or live in our second apartment in Bulgaria, we provide an apartment entirely.

Where is it?

This is one of the best places in Moscow to live. This is a large residential building right on the border of the historical park on the edge of the historical center of Moscow. The metro station Dostoevskaya and various city transport stops are very close. Theaters, museums, restaurants, supermarkets are around us. This is the area where Dostoevsky was born. You can visit on foot many interesting and historical places of the center of Moscow. The walking road to Red Square and the old center goes along the boulevards. It is beautiful. We have beautiful views from the window on the park on the one hand and the historical center of Moscow on the other. We specifically chose this area for our life and love it.
