About our home

My apartment is between Belgrade TV and the sports center "Hala Pionir" in Profesorska Kolonija/ city center. It has breathtaking view/ ten windows facing the west/ park in front, quiet, beautifully set up, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and renovated recently. Feels like a million dollars place and it is good for couples and business travelers.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Belgrade is in Serbia and is located on two rivers. The confluence of the Sava into the Danube. It is a very interesting city. You should see the Kalemegdan fortress, beautiful medieval churches, a lot of galleries and restaurants and cafes. My apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, with a lot of parks, only 15 minutes a walk to the TV station and Congres. It is in a neighborhood called Professors Colonie, because. between the two World Wars, there was an area where the professors were building their houses. Nearby is a very old Botanical garden where you can listen to classical and jazz music., after seeing rare ,and endemic species.

In front of the building, Pionir park near City Hall and Congres building, Kalemegdan, walking area on river and on DanubeSava
Spot of exercise
Just a cross the street Sports Hala Pionir offers from ice-skating to Tennis Academy at Red Star Club.
Day tripping
Many old Roman archeological discaveries on Danube. There are boath trips too.
