My condo is my little sanctuary in Singapore. I am based on the East Coast of Singapore, 5 minutes from the park and park connector which runs directly down to the beach.
It has 3 bedrooms although one is currently used as a study (which has a single pull down bed). There is air conditioning in every room but I usually only use it at night because there is a lovely breeze that cools the place down. It has two balconies - one off the bedroom & one off the main living room.
The kitchen is small & not really for big cooks. It is fully equipped but can get hot…however there are fantastic restaurants, bars & cafes within a stones throw.
We have international tv should you wish to catch up on your favourite programs & the condo facilities include a pool, barbeque & gym. If you’d like to use my bicycle to get around you are very welcome to - lots of people bike here & it is very safe.

I love to travel & Singapore is an excellent hub to explore most of SE ASIA. Flights are cheap & Changi is the best airport in the world!

In an established leafy neighbourhood close by to bars, cafes, restaurants & coffee shops. 5-10 minutes walk to the MRT (subway) via a Park Connector which takes you directly to the airport or city. A two minute walk to the park which leads directly down to the beach. Walk or cycle around (you can borrow my bicycle). Taxi’s are very cheap and easily accessible. It should cost around $10-15 into town which is a 10 minute car ride.
The condo is situated on a no-through road so hardly any traffic. Leafy, peaceful & relaxing but within a stones throw of some amazing restaurants & coffee shops.
The area is Siglap, East Coast
