About our home
Our apartment is located on the 12th floor, and has a double east-west aspect. It is very breezy and we live with our windows open. If need be, all bedrooms are equipped with air-con.
The apartment is built on 3 split levels, with the kitchen and living area sharing the same open and airy space.
The living area and balcony have a great view on tropical trees.
The residence has a 2 swimming pools (one for children complete with a slide!) and another very large pool; there is a gym, a basketball court, a tennis court, a mini-mart and 2 playgrounds!
The closest bus stop is less than 2 min away, MRT is less than 15 min away and we are located along a canal with a park connector that allows you to enjoy long walks on dedicated pedestrian/cycling lanes. You will get to see otters playing in the canal.

Emma is an entrepreneur & owner of a boutique consulting firm; and Gael works in the banking industry.

We are French who have been living in Singapore for the past 17 years.
We took 1 year off before having kids to travel the world, and have been continuing to travel as much as possible ever since.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Set in a quiet and green neighbourhood, you will be able to enjoy a true Singapore experience while staying within easy reach of the bustling City Center and its many attractions and entertainment venues. If you'd like to run, cycle or walk a direct entrance to the canal will allow you to gain access to the ever expanding network of park connectors (including the Green Corridor) through which you can reach several neighbourhood parks and nature reserves.
A convenience store within the condo will allow you to buy most essentials while a short bus or taxi ride will allow you to reach many supermarkets, hawker centers and international restaurants.
