About our home

Hi
We are a family of four - originally from the UK but have spent the last four years in Singapore. We love everything about Singapore and it is a fantastic base to explore SE Asia further.
The house is 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds but with possibility to sleep more on fold away beds. We also have a mezzanine level used as a playroom...with pool table & gaming consoles - outdoors we have a pool with floats, table tennis and basketball hoop.
What you will love about our home
Classic Singaporean old style 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house (Singapore is predominantly condos) with 1st story mezzanine level with pool table and games console area.
Very relaxed open plan style with good airflow throughout, aircon & fans in every room. Swimming pool to relax around after a hard day sightseeing (can be fenced off for toddlers) and an outdoor undercover seating area and a grass front lawn surrounded by palm trees.
East Coast beach is a 15 min bike ride, Singapore City centre is within easy reach via the underground train (MRT) Station 5-10 mins walk from house and it takes 15 mins to get to the centre. There are also multiple bus routes less than 5 mins walk. Taxis are frequently available and very cheap.
We have a live in maid who will cook, clean, wash & iron for you - small payment required for this.
The house is situated on a quite cul-de-sac with shops, cafes & a park only 3-5 mins walk away. There are multiple restaurants, Italian,Thai, Indian & Singaporean food halls within a radius of 2 or 3 miles around the Siglap area. There is a park at the end of the cul-de-sac which forms part of the Park Connector Network (PCN) pedestrian cycle/walkway which leads directly to the East Coast beach front.
What you will love in the neighborhood:
Spacious & relaxing feel in a busy city-come home to relax in your own pool
10 mins bike ride (along cycle path) to the East Coast Beach. Close to train & bus stations
Plenty to keep kids amused. Swimming pool, basketball, pool table, football goal, pool, games console
