Modern Home with Private Pool & Movie Room near to Beach & City!

Our 4-storey modern terrace home (5000sq feet of floor space on 1770 sq feet of land) is newly built, less than a year, and is less than 15 minutes to the East Coast Beach by bicycle! A popular beach for rollerblading, cycling, or jogging, and if the weather permits, for kitesurfing and windsurfing too. If one were to cycle much further to the Changi Beach, you would find a deserted beach with a line of Casuarina trees gently swaying to the wind, truly relaxing! Feel free to use our 2 bicycles if you are staying here.

Crave for a night out in city? Need a shot of serious retail therapy? You can use our Vespa scooter and you will be in downtown city in 15-20 min! In fact, you are just 10 minutes away from Singapore's latest glamourous attraction, integrated resort & casino, Marina Bay Sands!

Alternatively, if you like to stay in, we do have a open concept private small pool (3 x 6m) that our living room opens up to, and a movie projector room in the 3rd floor. Our 7-room house consists of a living/dining space with high ceiling, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven/grill, gas stove. Other our spacious master bedroom with its large private terrace, there is a small guest bedroom with a single sofa bed on the first floor, a large guest bedroom with a sofa bed (double) on the second floor, a home office with printer and scanner on the third, a movie projector room on the third, a small space with private bbq terrace and outdoor table setup, and a spare room which we convert as a storage space. Every room has its own private attached bathroom with skylight.

Cleaning lady to come every Mon and Thurs afternoon. Hi-speed cable broadband and cable television channels from TV5 to CNN/BBC to Starworld/HBO etc.

Joo Chiat is an area known for its good local food haunts, 5 min walk to a small park, has a park connector track for bicycles to the beach. The East Coast beach boasts of a large hawker centre, and nice restaurants as well. 15 min walk to the closest MRT station (Kembangan). 15 min to Suntec Area, and about 20 min to Orchard by car or scooter.

My husband and I are just two for the moment and working in consulting field. I am Singaporean Chinese, and he is French. He has lived in Brazil and Mexico, while I have made Australia and China home for a while. Other than French and English, he speaks Spanish and Portugese. I speak Chinese and English, and some French. Non-smokers.
