About our home
We offer a large, beautiful and modern 9th floor apartment in a recently built condominium in the center of Singapore. We have three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another with a double sofa bed and the final bedroom is used a study. There is a large lounge/dining area which extends onto the balcony which overlooks the 50m swimming pool. We also have a modern fully equipped kitchen and a separate shower room and w/c. The condo's facilities include a tennis court, gym and 50m swimming pool.

We are Steve and Rachael, a married couple with no children. We are both professionals (teacher and HR adviser) and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Singapore.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Ideally located as a touring base, our apartment offers easy access to the various sights of Singapore being located a stones throw away from Lorong Chuan MRT. Public transport is by far the cheapest and most efficient method of travelling around Singapore. The condo offers a very friendly family environment.
