Very cozy apartment fully furnished and close to the beach and all the sights of SINGAPORE!

My apartment is cozy. fully furnished and the area is occupied mostly by good residents. We have a big swimming pool, barbeque pits and just a ride away (5 mins.) to the beach area (East Coast), seafood restaurants and lots of outdoor sports acitivity. Also, you can easily take the private condominium bus to the city center (15mins.) and take a look at the many sights of Singapore by day and by night!!

I am a single woman, a banker and I live alone in my 2 bedroom flat with fully equipt kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Fully airconditioned and security is tight in the condominium I live. My neighborhood are a mix of professional Chinese and expats with family or couples or single living in the condominium.

If you are interested I would be willing to exchange my flat for 1 week or 2 in Paris, France from June 19- June 30th.

It is a short walk (15 mins.) to the nearest small market, wine shops, restaurants and grocery in my area (East Coast area). My bedroom is facing the swimming pool. There are trees (tall, long and coconut trees) surrounding my condominium and we have an outdoor big swimming pool for the whole residents. Expats and professional singaporean lives in the condo. Family or couple or single people live there. We have a 24 hour security and there is a private condominium bus from our condominium to the town or even a free bus to the nearest MRT to the city. Singapore is an island and small so everything is accessible and clean and closeby. My condo is very close to the beach area where you can have outdoor activities and enjoy a nice seafood (crabs) meal overlooking the sea! TAxis are available too and ver convenient bec. there is a taxi stand just located outside of our condo.!

I am a banker. I speak English and peiti French. I am Chinese of origin from Manila, Philippines. Most of my friends here in Singapore are French.
