Nearby excellent restaurants, golf, swimming, skiing, tennis, hiking etc.
This property may also be rented ,minimum 3 days,up to 4 people 200 EUR,up to 6 people 250 EUR.
We also have a property to exchange in the city of Bratislava ,Slovakia.A large penthouse apt.of 130 sqm with a view of three countries, Slovakia,Hungary and Austria.From Bratislava one can reach Vienna in 1 hour, Prague in 3 hours, Budapest in 2 hours.This apt.sleeps 2-3 people.

More about us

I am a retired physian, Michael, speak German, English, Russian, German, like classical music, art, history. I play the violine, formerly top sportsman representing USA, table tennis, tennis.
My wife Maria is a former solo ballerina in Prague, Bratislava and Salzburg. We have 3 children age 13,11, and 2.
As this is our second home,we prefer non simultaneous exchange,but we are flexible,same time exchange is also OK, if the dates fit of course.
