“Nina and Peter's apartment is very nice and easy to live: In a little quiet street closed to the center. We spent two beautiful weeks there. Izola is a really cute little town, and the country is just marvelous!!! We felt very welcome, Nina was very helpful for the good organization of our holidays. Warmest recommendations for a great home swap!”

Nina's reviews
As a host (3)“My family and myself had a wonderful home exchange in Izola. It was great to meet Nina, Peter and their family who made this exchange very easy and were so helpful to us. Their home is gorgeous and has everything that you could possibly need while on holidays. It is located only a couple of minutes’ walk from the sea, shops, restaurants and most importantly ice-cream parlours! Izola is a great destination with clear warm sea great for snorkeling and swimming. Plenty of routes for walking and cycling. The local food is delicious and very reasonable and people in Izola are so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend Izola enough – just go there! Slovenia itself is incredibly beautiful and has so much to see and do. Try summer tobogganing in Lake Bled and making sure to go to the Skocjan Caves…..awesome experience. Slovenia is definitely a place that you will want to return to once you have been there and has given my family and me some really beautiful and fun memories. Thanks again Nina, Peter and famil”
“We spent two wonderfull weeks during august 2019 at Nina and Peter's apartment. Their appartement is spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, very well located, well equipped and so confortable. The beaches, restaurants, food stores are at a walking distance although the street is very calm. We have had nice dinners on the large terrace with barbecue. Izola is a wonderfull animated (nice fishermen festival) sea side small city from where you can easily discover the Slovenian and Croatian coast as well as Ljubljana, Bohinj and Bled lacks, Velika planina pastures and many over nice Slovenian places and cities. Italia is just 20 kms from Izola. Slovenia and Izola area are a very attractive destination considering the beautiful and various landscapes, the sunny weather, the pretties cities we have discovered during our holidays. As you can guess we have spent an amazing stay in Izola !! Hard to explain how much we had great time.. Nina, Peter and their children were very helpful to prepare our trip as well as during the swap to give us previous advices. They are very kind, reliable, careful and friendly. It was a real pleasure and honor to swap our house with them. Thanks you so much for this swap. Fred, Laurence, Alexis, Antoine from Néac (France)”
