About our home

This is a stunning 4 bed and 3 bath home in the higher hills of Camps Bay with beautiful sea views across the bay and back to Lion's Head.

This townhouse is the last on the front line of a security estate with unencumbered sea views stretching as far as the sunset. Modern with clean lines throughout - it has a large master bedroom (en-suite shower and toilet) with king sized extra length bed and desk, two smaller bedrooms - both with bunk beds (double on the bottom and single on the top) and shared bathroom with bath and shower, and finally a guest bedroom with double bed and private en-suite shower / toilet. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar and leads onto a lovely 8 seater dining table area and further into a spacious seating area with large 65 inch flat screen TV with cable and Apple TV.

The sunny patio is partially sheltered and flows to a great splash pool and sunning deck with absolutely incredible views from every angle. This is a really easy home to stay in and is great for kids. The beach is 3 mins away in the car and town a quick 10 mins over the Nek. Camps Bay strip is the place to be!

We're currently looking for June / July swaps in Europe (preferably Greece).

We also have a home on the Arabella Golf Estate in Kleinmond (Hermanus) if that could be of more interest. Photos to follow or please ask for more info.

Neighbourhood

Camps Bay is really well situated if you'd like to visit the Cape - we're in the middle of the Atlantic Seaboard so very close to all the beaches and promenade for walking or only minutes from the V&A Waterfront for shopping and the CBD.
Being so close to the N1 and N2 means you can visit all the wine farms very easily and Somerset West / Stellenbosch etc is only 45 minutes away.

Green Point which is only 10 mins in the car is home to the famous World Cup stadium (now used for concerts and rugby 7's for example) and only 5 minutes walk from the house or you could stroll to the Urban park with the kids and Mouille Point for a nice walk along the front.

From our house you can drive or Uber in a couple of minutes to the trendy Camps Bay strip for cocktails or dinner or to the new Woolworths for food shopping - it's super central and a lovely feel to the area.
