The unit is in the exclusive Sovereign Sands Gated Complex, where all the units are free standing. The unit has secure Parking, as well as 24 hour security and access control gate entrance.
The living area is situated on the entrance level and offers open plan dining and multiple lounges. There is a patio balcony to entertain or simply sip sun downers whilst others enjoy full DSTV. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc) in the unit.
This unit does not have a private pool, there is a communal pool in the complex which is a short walk from the back entrance of the unit and can be seen in the photographs provided.
Please note Food & Beverages (F&B) are not included in the booking, this is a private home and guests are to supply their own F & B.
The unit is 37 kilometers from Kingshaka International Airport.
The area of Blythedale beach is situated +/- 72 kilometers North of Durban on the Dolphin Coast. It’s a small community which boasts with it a convenience store, bottle store, restaurant, coffee shop and excellent beaches on an unspoiled coastline.
Retail outlets & shopping is also available at Gateway; the largest shopping mall in the southern hemisphere and Ballito which is +/- 28km to the south. As well as the newly developed Ballito Junction Shopping Mall, a mere 20 km south of the residence.
Blythedale provides easy access to the Lake St Lucia world heritage site an one hour drive northwards with the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi game reserve.
There are outstanding golf courses in the area, the prestigious Princes Grant is +/- 7km away, Umhlali Country Club and Port Zimbali is +/- 20kms away.
The unit is serviced daily for a fee of R250.00 per day (Monday to Friday) (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays R300.00 per day) , this will need to be pre-arranged with the agent that manages our Holiday Home. The costs thereof of borne by the guests.
