About our home

Our Beach house is a double storey ,light and airy house ,easy to live in with little fuss. The ocean is with you wherever you move and you might find it hard to hear each other above the roar of the waves.The kitchen is fully equipped and has a view over green pastures . Large windows give unobstructed views on playing whales and dolphins. Fireflies will light up your night ,so will cruise liners lit like fairy castles.
Explore tidal rivers with our boat and see wildlife on riverbanks . Elephants playing or rhino stomping .

Our Beach House is built on golden sanddunes , overlooking the Indian Ocean . Watch whales and dolphins from every room of our double storey house . Oceanliners pass on the horison and be surprised ay night by cruise liners gliding over the black ocean with all their lights shimmering like fairy castles . Our beaches are unspoilt and you can do horse- riding or hiking without end .
We are situated among game farms where you can see the big 5 , or explore tidal rivers with our boat and see elephant playing with their young or rhinos stomping the river bed .
Our village is small bur a few km's to the east you will find surf shops , restaurants , food halls , medical care , banks or sport amenities .
The historic towns of Grahamstown with st Johns cathedral and Bathurst which boasts the biggest pineapple in the world ......are within half an hours drive
We would love you to fall in love with the Eastern Cape , the unspoilt jewel of Southern Africa


More about us

  1. We are a couple with two teenage boys

  2. Neil loves music ,woodwork ,ghuitar and I do mosaic , piano, shell art. the boys love tennis and hiking and fishing

  3. we are a relaxed , funloving family with a house filled with all our beach findings porcelain pieces picked up from the beach from shipwrecks from 1600's.Double storey with 180*view of sea.
