Our family home is within the secure Golf Estate which is a safe gated community on one of the best golf courses in the Western Cape. South Africa’s top ten restaurants are on Cape Winelands vineyards. Boschenmeer is surrounded by dozens of vineyards and only 20 minutes from the Franschhoek and Stellenbosch wine routes.

Our villa has an small outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. On our patio we overlook the fairway water feature and we have stunning mountain views, especially at sunset, whilst we have sundowners over the tranquil water feature setting. It has a relaxed atmosphere combining luxury, privacy and security.

Boschenmeer Golf Estate, set amongst the picturesque Cape Winelands, is about 30 mins from Cape Town airport. It is nestling on the Berg River valley and overlooked by the majestic Drakenstein Mountains and the famous Paarl Rock. The Paarl Golf Club offers superb golfing and it is the only 27-hole golf course in the Western Cape. The backdrop to your back-swing is astride majestic mountain ranges. Add mature trees, artfully conceived water features, and the famous Berg River and you've got the kind of layout that challenges the pro, rewards the amateur and inspires residents out for a stroll in their 140 hectare back yard. Designer David Frost has created a golf course of true championship standard and at the same time he has achieved a first class golfing experience that will both challenge the low handicap and scratch golfer, yet not be too daunting for the less experienced 'weekender'. Paarl Golf Club also offers a high-tech golf academy and driving range, as well as a state-of-the-art club house. PGC has a new Fairview convenience store/coffee shop, a bar, restaurant, hairdresser and beauty salon. There is also access to residents tennis courts, children's play area and a large swimming pool shared by the estate for those glorious summers days.

We are swallows and live overseas and only use this abode when visiting The Cape Winelands, so we have the property available for guests to use throughout the year. As the property is professionally managed a laundry & cleaning fee (+/-R1000) will be payable to our caring property manager who looks after the garden irrigation, patio pool and the hot tub.
