Our home is a very spacious, beautifully designed haven with lake and mountain views from every room. The whole downstairs open up onto a decked courtyard with a heated pool and under cover lounge as well as an enclosed games room with gas barbecue. The kitchen is open plan with the dining room and lounge which have a twelve seater dining table and a Scan closed fireplace. Off the kitchen is a large scullery and pantry which lead into a triple garage. Separate to the lounge there is a TV lounge with large flatscreen plasma TV and surround sound, as well as an upright piano. Also downstairs is a spacious double bedroom with an on-suite shower and double doors towards the lake. Upstairs on one wing of the house we have 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one of them on-suite. The main bedroom with its walk-in wardrobe and very spacious bathroom is located away from the other bedrooms in a seperate wing of the house. It is a home ideally suited to a family with older children as mom and dad are a little distance away from the rest of the household! There is also a comfortable couch in the main bedroom from where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views and birdlife. The house has got solid wooden floors throughout the downstairs area and is lovely and warm in winter and cool in summer.
