2 bed 2 bath balcony perched high up on 4th floor. Panoramic view of ocean & Lions Head. Seafront promenade, marvellous new buses, the red sightseeing bus, shops, restaurants, cafes all within 5 mins walk.
To see our 5 star review please see our other house with a tower near Henley on Thames. We are fairly new to love home swap but have swapped elsewhere for a very long time.
Fine wine, good food, cheap prices and perfect weather that is not too too hot.
We live in London and near Henley on Thames and this is our holiday flat every English winter.
Open plan living room, dining area & kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sitting room and master bed have sliding doors onto balcony for perfect evening sunsets. Shared Swimming pool & sunbathing terrace below. Small quiet gated development with private garage and lift ideally located between High Level and Ocean View Drive. Easy access to nearby Waterfront, local beaches or to visit the Cape Wine lands.
We would need to visit your home when the weather is good.
The master bedroom has a super king double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make another super king. The en-suite has a bath and a shower and there is a second bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with German appliances, hob, fan oven with grill, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Electric kettle, microwave and toaster. lovely creamy marble worktops. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the shower room cupboards.
The long balcony has a motorised sun shade together with a table and chairs for relaxing and dining. There are wooden blinds throughout and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. In their summer December to March it is usually 20 to 30 degrees with low humidity.
We have a great maid to clean the flat by arrangement. There is parking for one car in our garage.
Sea Point is on the Atlantic Coast between the Waterfront and the fashionable Clifton beaches. It is a cosmopolitan area loved for its extensive promenade for walking and jogging and its fabulous Olympic sized swimming pools on the beach front. You must visit the wine farms and restaurants of Franchoek, Stellenbosch, Paarl and Durbanville all within 30 mins to an hour and a quarter's drive away so we recommend hiring a car. At the end of our road there are 2 different Citibus routes with 2 more running from the beach front. There is a new airport bus from the airport into the City Centre where you can change onto a bus to our flat. It is less than a 30min drive from the airport to the flat. With the rand at 20 to the £ life is very cheap.
