About our home

Our apartment is located on the 9th floor of the sought after luxury apartment block called The Decks located on vibey Long Street. It is a great base from which to explore Cape Town.

This luxury two bedroom apartment is the ideal base for business or pleasure: upmarket and tastefully furnished 65m² apartments with 11.5m² private deck and all modern conveniences.
The apartment sleeps up to four people. The kitchens are fully equipped with a stainless steel oven, hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and granite tops.
The open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area leads to a private deck with entertainment area. The large modern bathroom has a huge bath and separate shower, hairdryer and all amenities. The main bedroom is en-suite, furnished with a Queen bed and has access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed.
There is free secure undercover parking in the building. There is easy, security controlled access to your apartment via an elevator. Visible around the clock policing is done in the area by an array of agencies. Street access to Long Street is through a secure lobby with a 24 hour manned security.

Where is it?


Long Street has many exciting pubs, nightclubs and restaurants serving a wide range of international cuisine to suit all tastes. We will gladly provide you with a list of great restaurants to visit near the apartment and in greater Cape Town.
The famous Greenmarket Square (selling African curios and art) and the serene Company's Garden (housing the SA Museum & Planetarium) are around the corner from the apartment.
The apartment is ideally located with easy access to all the major tourist attractions including Table Mountain (five minutes by car), Blue Flag beaches like Clifton and Camps Bay (10 minutes by car), the V&A Waterfront (five minutes by car or 15 minute walk), Company Gardens (five minutes walk) and Greenmarket Square (1minute walk).

The hop on hop off City Sightseeing Bus main stop and terminus is literally 1 min walk from the aprtment entrance

Buzzy restaurants
Cape Town is the food capital of South Africa and a foodie paradise. Near the apartment there are many restaurants offering a great selection of local South African, African and International cuisine. Tigers Milk offers tasty food and a selection of local craft beers and South African wines. You must try Fork for SA style tapas igncluding game meat Springbok, Gemsbok, Kudu etc. Restaurant Thirty Eight offers Italian dishes. Try Mama Africa or the Ethiopian restaurant on Church Street for a taste of Africa. The V&A Waterfront has more than 80 restaurants including great seafood offerings

Take a free walking tour if the city and visit the Bo-Kaap(top of the town) that is home to the descendants of the Malay slaves. The houses are bright and colorful. Try Malay food that includes delicious Samoosas, roti and curries, boboties. Visit the Company Gardens that houses the Planetarium, Izeko Natural Museum Take the ferry to Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was jailed for 27 years
