About our home

Our home is 150sq.m. with a 50sq.m. covered patio, perfect for outdoor entertainment on hot African evenings. It is situated in 1 acre (4000 sq.m) of lush private garden with a large swimming pool and beautiful outdoor jaccuzzi under the stars. It is at the foot of a very beautiful mountain. There is a large forest across the road (you will have your own access key to private forest gate). We have 3 dogs and two cats who would prefer to stay at home with you, but other plans can be made for them. Painter's studio at the back of the property. Quiet country neighbourhood, 20 minutes from centre of Cape Town. Car exchange if required.

We are a married couple in our 40's with one son, Matthew, aged 10. We love entertaining at home. Leon is the Chief Executive Officer of a Premier League Soccer Club, and Foziah is a painter, housewife & mum.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Large properties (1 acre minimum) in equestrian area. Large variety of bird life - Hadedas, Cattle Egrets, Fish Eagles, Blue Heron, Guineafowl, Pied Crows, African Sunbirds, etc. Indigenous (Fynbos) forest and mountain hikes across the road from house. Lovely neighbours all around - only 150 households in exclusive, safe, crime-free area. Situated 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town and Table Mountain; 10 minutes from Muizenberg Beach; 25 minutes from Clifton Beach - one of the most beautiful in the world.
