Our comfortable home in a secure estate with 15 other homes is set in landscaped gardens with stunning views over the Helderberg Mountains,
The home has three bedrooms with three bathrooms and a seperate dressing room off the main bedroom.
Expansive living room areas allow for indoor /outdoor living - the pool and patio easily accessible from kitchen, lounge and sunroom.
Direct access from double garage with remote doors allow easy access to the home all on one level.

Brian and Lyneth - we are young retirees from professional private practice. We have six children and six grandchildren scattered over four continents.
We are spending less and less time in our own home and travelling extensively to keep up with the family. The idea of arranging a house swap with like minded couples has always been attractive to us.We have house-sat previously in Scotland and New Zealand and found this to work very well for us.
This year we intend returning to New Zealand in November for another three month stay to visit our family in Wellington.
We look forward to meeting couples who would enjoy our home and country and vice/versa.

Somerset West forms part of the greater Cape Town metropolitan area - our home affords access to Cape Town city via the N2 highway - a 30 minute drive.
Tourist opportunities abound - sightseeing, hiking, mountain biking, swimming beaches, surfing, sailing - sunbathing.
The Cape wine lands surround our town with most wine farms offering tasting and dining experiences of note.
Table mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical gardens, Atlantic seaboard beaches and Cape Town Waterfront all easily accessible.
City and country markets combined with world class shopping malls and art galleries abound in the nearby towns of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschoek.
The Western Cape provides many exciting opportunities for exploration of our country in order to better understand it's unique natural and multi-cultural heritage.
