About our home

My place is new, nice and clean. Complex is 7 years old and very secure. I love my apartment and I keep it in perfect order all the time.
Lounge is very spacious, there is a stunning table which can accomodate 10 people easily. Balcony with BBQ.Both carpeted bedrooms have double queen side beds and one has 2 single beds as well. Open kitchen fully furnished. Bathroom with shower and pool. Garage and open parking (2 cars). Security gate with remote control.In front of the complex there is a big swimming pool for residents only.Golf court close by.

I am Italian gentleman over 40, married to a British South-African woman.
We live and work in Rome, property is our second house , we spend in Cape Town 30-40 days per year. I do care a lot about my property and I'd like to get in contact with honest and good people.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

It is located in a very secure Cape Town's area (Melkbos), on the west coast just 20 minutes driving from central city and all main town attractions. Neighbours are very polite and upmarket. We sleep with the ocean sound, flat is on 6 km long beach, great spot for surfers. It is quite, safe and clean, lived mainly by white South-Africans. Very close to a big shopping center with all facilities. Melkbos beach front is very popular and offers relaxing time, a wonderful place for nature and sea lovers. Best spot for Table Mountain view.Lots of birds and green. Very popular and for beach walking / running. Excellent local seafood restaurants. Five minutes driving to Blouberg, real paradise for surfers, and Table View, very nice suburb famous for good restaurants, pubs, dancing clubs and shopping centers.
