More about us

We are both 65 plus and retired. Margaret is a Canadian who built up an Interior design business in Cape Town and was a Feng shui practitioner and teacher for many years. These principles are incorporated in the design of our home. I ( Philip )am a South African / American who retired some years ago after 30 years in the Industrial Water Treatment business. We both love travelling which includes travelling on our live aboard sailboat which is currently located in Puerto Vallarta mexico

The house is located on the one side by Table Mountain and on the other by Hout bay harbor on the Atlantic Coast. Hout Bay Village is minutes away and provides a wide range of amenities including restaurants and shops. We are 20 mins away from the City of Cape Town . Cape Town along with its Atlantic suburbs including Hout bay offer some of the most spectacular scenery and beaches you will find anywhere.
