About our home

Relaxed two bedroom holiday apartment in a renovated spacious residential home, just 500m to one of Cape Town’s most popular family beaches and Clovelly’s 18-hole championship golfcourse. Alongside the warm waters and whales of False Bay with sweeping views of mountains, valley & sea.

The apartment offers optimum privacy in a peaceful, secluded suburb within easy reach of everything you need for a great holiday. The apartment is accessed by a ramp from the secure parking area (with automatic gate), but is not specially equipped for wheelchair users. Spacious decks with BBQ are perfect for eating al fresco, sipping sundowners or just lounging around in the sunshine. Enclosed grounds have a salt-water pool and laundry.

The open plan lounge/dinign area has flat-screen TV with satellite, a galley kitchen has a dishwasher, small hob, oven and microwave and leads onto a deck overlooking sand-dunes lovingly planted with indigenous vegetation.

One bedroom has king beds and en-suite shower room while the other has twin beds and a separate bathroom with bath and shower.

There's a simple independent alarm plus secure parking with automatic gates and a pool and laundry room in the enclosed grounds.
