About our home

This exquisite character filled house has been painstakingly renovated over 10 years to create the perfect family home with 3 entertainments spaces, provence style pool and patio and gorgeous marble topped kitchen. The house is on 2 stories with a cellar and looks out over the city with easy access to the beach, Signal hill, Bo Kaap and other points of interest in Cape Town. The double garage means parking is a breeze and the location means you can park your car and walk around the city with ease. Tamboerskloof is a super hip and viby mixed residential area of Cape Town that is highly sought after for its proximity to the city but with a green leafy feel.and plenty of roadside cafes and superb restaurants.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We are situated in the trendy central suburb of Tamboerskloof at the foot of Table Mountain and we are close to the V&A Waterfront as well as the pristine white beaches of Camp’s Bay and Clifton. There are many sidewalk cafes and stunning restaurants withing walking distance which is what makes Tamboerskloof so special as it affords a more European lifestyle than any other suburb in the city bowl. You can walk to the Bo Kaap and up to the cable car station to go up the mountain. Despite it being very near the city centre we are in a little pocket of leafy heaven.
