This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is the ideal location for a holiday in Cape Town. 2 double bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with built in cupboards; the main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Travertine tiled throughout with carpets in the bedrooms, the house offers elegant yet comfortable accommodation. There are two sitting rooms and a dining room. The glassed patio has wonderful mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and a gas hob. Cape Town summer weather is always perfect for an outdoor barbecue.
There is a small garden and a secure garage as well as additional parking for other cars. A convenience store, pharmacy and restaurants are within walking distance. Good security and lovely walks around the Rondebosch Common- a wild life sanctuary for the Cape’s indigenous flora , make for the ideal small family, or couple holiday.

More about us

We are a working couple with our younger son still at home and studying. Sinclair is in the sustainable development sector associated with the mining industry, while Carol is in the property business. We love hospitality and have a passion for cooking and entertaining. We spend our time mostly in Cape Town but vacation in UK and Spain once a year, where we have the rest of our family. The outdoor life is very much part of how we live, and walking/jogging in and around our suburbs is our regular exercise.

It is perfectly located in Rondebosch- 15 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from central town, and between 20 and 30 minutes away from Cape Town’s wonderful beaches. Easy access to South Africa’s famous wine lands where most estates offer gourmet restaurants, at very reasonable prices, makes Cape Town a very popular city. Golf courses, mountain hiking, whale watching, surfing & wine tours are some of the many activities that are available in and around Cape Town.
