Opens up onto a large deck with views of the Atlantic ocean and Cape Point nature reserve. Enclosed large garden, which is visited often by bird life and the occasional baboon. Only 45minutes from the Cape Town Stadium for the 2010 SOCCER WORLD CUP!

We are a mid Thirties married couple with 1 baby. We both have our own business. We have done one house swop to Marseille, France which was a stunning experience. We would like to do more.
