About our home
Sitting on just under an acre plot, the house was one of the original houses in the area, built with stone from Chapmans Peak. Having been completely refurbished over the last 18 months,, the house combines old-world charm with all the modern amenities.With views towards Chapmans Peak,5 bedrooms,4 bathrooms,a large deck,plus your own Yoga and Dance Studio,a five-minute walk to the local micro brewery and 10-minute walk to Noordhoek Beach,our home is the perfect spot for extended families and groups of all ages. In the Grounds of the House,there is a self-contained one bedroom cottage,which we also swap for similar such properties.
We also use it,so as we are able to do non-simultaneous swaps.Photos are at the end of the gallery.

We are a semi-retired couple in our early 60's with two grown-up daughters in the UK, who we like to see on a regular basis.This either involves London ,or breaks to Devon and Cornwall.Our favorite go to place is the South of France, especially around the Grasse Area. We only do Classic Swaps.

We love culture, music, art ,and all forms of food.We can do swaps at anytime, as we have a self contained cottage in the grounds, which is completely independent to the main house.

Chapmans Peak sits in the Noordhoek Valley approx 35 minutes from Cape Town Airport.
It's a family Friendly,safe part of Cape Town.There is a micro brewery 5minutes walk away, from the house,with
an excellent local Italian called Limonchello,and Wine Bar.
Five minutes drive is Noordhoek Village,which has a bakery,organic shops,a pub,sushi,plus 3 Restaurants,
which have live music on various evenings.
On the mountain is our local wine estate,which has a Thursday Food Market.
We moved here just over two years ago,after 21 years in Kommetjie,and it's the best decision we have made.
