About our home

Beautiful estate with horse stables, vineyard, guesthouse, pool and tennis court on a plot of more then 8000m2 in most beloved area of Cape Town. Constantia; 15 minutes from Cape Town Centre and Cape Town airport.
Mainhouse: hall, living, games room, living kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms Ground floor ceilings 4 meters high. Sonos musicsystem available. Guest suite with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. (total 935m2).
Huge outside terraces, 2 large dining tables, 4 fire places, garages. 20 minutes from the beach. Property manager.

The rental price is € 7.500,- per week in the wintertime (May/September) and in the summertime it is € 10.000,- per week (October/ April). Housekeeper lives on premises. Excluding pool heating.
Rent out to max. 10 persons for min. stay of 1 week.
We are open to just about any location to exchange but please ONLY for TOP END, EXCLUSIVE PROPERTIES that are equivalent to our estate.

  1. We are a couple with 4 children, age 6, 9, 13, 23. We own more properties which we offer to swap (also for rent/sale): 2 apartments in Bali and in South Africa; an estate near Cape Town in Constantia

  2. Frits is 54 years in real estate as investor and wrote 7 books about real estate and 8 books about Lofts around Europe.

  3. We are flexible to travel during the whole year and we do not need to swap simultaneous times. We are interested in houses all over the world. We only like to swap houses of the same size and luxury. We take care of houses from others like it would be ourselves.
