About our home

We offer our beautiful apartment located directly on the beach front with spectacular sea views, where you sleep to the sound of the waves.
It is our second home where we go to escape the hectic life of the city. The newly renovated apartment has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and an open plan living area leading onto a large patio. It is located in an up-market secure 5 storey block with direct access to the promenade, swimming beaches and the very popular "Granny's Bay". There is a large pool, landscaped gardens and a barbecue area in front of the block.

More about us

We are Peter & Verna, a married couple living and working in Johannesburg.
We have recently done our first home exchange in France and have had a truly wonderful experience. We would definately like to do further exchanges as we found this a wonderful way to travel. Our family are grown up and have left home which affords us more time to travel and explore. We have four children and five grandchildren. Peter is a consulatant in the mining industry and I am a decorator and textile artist.

Ballito - a Mediterranean style sea side town with abundant shops, excellent restaurants and magnificent beaches. Only 15 minutes north of Durbans' King Shaka Airport, in the heart of the Dolphin coast. The climate is sub-tropical which makes it suitable for all year round holidays. Wake up to an Indian Ocean sunrise and watch the dolphins at play.
