I am a single person born in Holland but have lived in South Africa most of my life. I have 2 daughters, one lives in the Grand Cayman and the other in Umhlanga Durban in South Africa. I love travelling and am wanting to spend a month in Europe next year.

My passion is Interior Design so my apartment is well designed with a lot of art on the walls. I love walking and doing water aerobics so close to a pool would be good for me. I normally travel with one or two of my daughters and their husbands so an exchange with Grand Cayman could be a possibility

I live in the upmarket suburb of Musgrave on the Berea in Durban. It has tree lined streets and there is a bus running close by. The area is also about 10 minutes drive down to the ocean boulevard and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest restaurants in Florida Road. There are also many fabric and design shops in Florida road giving you an insight into real African design.
