LOOKING FOR ANY INTERESTING SWAP! I am looking at travelling in December 2015 but I am open to any option. I am travelling alone and would be a perfect house guest.
I have lived in this beautiful home for two years now, having spent 6 months on renovations prior to that. The house is in a secure complex, with a single garage and ample visitor parking available. Both bedrooms are very large with walk-in cupboards and access from each to a garden area. Each bathroom has a toilet, shower and bath. The kitchen is well stocked with a gas Smeg stove and an electric oven for those who love to cook. The dining room seats six comfortably, whilst the lovely verandah (under a grapevine) seats eight. The pool is large and has a cover for safety. The garden is very well established and birds love to visit. From the garden one can see right into the adjacent nature reserve - where the resident hyraxes, mongooses, duikers (a small antelope) and tortoises regularly make a peaceful appearance.
There is a cleaning service three times weekly, including clothes washing and ironing, and twice weekly the garden is tended to.
The neighbourhood is very child and pet friendly, with a park nearby with picnic table and swings for kids, as well as a bicycle / walking lane. The home is in the vibrant hub of Fourways, with multiple chopping centres, supermarkets, malls, and restaurants in the area. South Africa is a car-centric society and any visitors would need to have a vehicle or arrange a car swap.
Sandton and the Johannesburg CBD are easily accessed via the motorway, making this a great choice for business travellers who will be taking the family along with them.
