About our home

This is a house designed by two top architechts, its welcoming and friendly. Yet another top architecht frequently has weekend stays there and says that its very well designed and user-friendly. We agree. The main bedroom with sea views, the cosy TV room with sea views, the whole formal sitting/dining/kitchen with sea views. One gets mezmerised just watching the ever changing waves that splash accross "our" rock right in front. OR having a bet with somebody to spot the first whale for the day !

Direct ocean front house in Vermont, an oceanfront community immediately adjoining Hermanus. Quiet residential area yet just 10 mintes to the Old Harbour in Hermanus.

Large house with 3BR/2BA, sleeps 8 max. Fully furnished and equipped.

Not usually available mid December to mid January.
