Lounge and roof patio overlook the Bot River lagoon, mountains, 6th green as well as 7th fairway and green. Our 1st Home is in the Constantia Valley in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. We would be willing to swap this as well but limited to the school holiday periods (March/April, June/July, Sep and Dec/Jan)

100km East of Cape Town, the Arabella golf estate, ranked no.2 golf course in the country, is situated in the heart of the Kogelberg Biosphere overlooking the largest natural lagoon in South Africa,

Top quality beaches, shops and restuarants can be found in a number of local villages such as Hermanus (20min), Kleinmond (5min), Bettys Bay and Pringle Bay (15min). Hermanus being world famous for whale watching during the annual migration of the Southern Right Whale (September - December) each year.

The region is rich in local flora ("fynbos"), bird life, exquisite mountain backdrops and endless recreational activities such as hiking, horse riding, quad biking, Great White Shark cage diving (1hr drive). Full Day or half day excursions can be made along the spectacular South Coast and adjacent mountain ranges from Gordons Bay to Cape Agulhas (the Southern most point of the African continent. Cape Town City and the Cape Peninsula are also only 1h15 drive away.
