About our home

Our recently built double story home is situated in a upmarket secure marina village. The house is tastefully decorated and has 4 large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a private lounge with flat screen tv. The 3 upstairs bedrooms have canal views. The open plan living area downstairs flows onto wooden decks front and back, with a beautiful private garden and gas barbeque.

We are John & Denise, recently retired and looking forward to seeing more of the world.We have not done a home swap before but think it is a great way to experience another country. We both enjoy surfing (Denise watches while I surf!), walking, sightseeing, kayaking etc. Non-simultaneous exchanges welcome. We can arrange for use of a car for same at your location.

Our home is situated in a secure marine estate. Direct access to a famous beautiful canal and river system. Our 2 man kayak is available for leisurely sight seeing. St Francis Bay is a very upmarket seaside village 100km west of Port Elizabeth. World famous surfing spots, as well as pristine golden sandy beaches on our doorstep. 2 golf courses (Jack Nicklaus designed links). Private harbour for deep sea fishing, and sight seeing tours. Great restaurants. 1.5 hours drive east to award winning Shamwari Game Reserve featuring Big 5. 1.5 hours west to world famous Garden Route, the most picturesque part of South Africa.
