About our home

Our home is 30 mins outside of Cape Town city centre in the boho surfing seaside village of Kommetjie. Situated in a secure eco-estate two mins from the beach you can surf, cycke, kyack, walk, laze around and appreciate sea, mountains and the bush. If you want to stay at home and just relax try our eco-pool. If you want a change, Cape Point vineyards are 10 mins away and the historic Constatia wine farms are in a valley 20 mins from you. Take a drive over Redhill Rd and you are in beautiful Simonstown and a string of other quaint fishing villages. Cape Town city centre is a spectacular ride along the coast and within 30 mins you will be it the ritzy and exciting heart of the city.

Where is it?

Kommetjie - boho fishing village - relaxed, surfing paradise with cute cafes, pubs and restaurants - no pretensions. A short, unbelievably scenic coastal drive of under 30 minutes takes you into the stunning, urban heart of Cape Town, or into its gracious Constantia winelands, or to funky and gorgeous historic SimonsTown. All this or just chill in Kommetjie and listen to the whales call and the waves crashing on the beach. Stretch out on the beach or have a beer and a braai ( that is a b b q to non-South Africans ;-).
