We have a lovely family home situated on a lagoon in Milnerton just 15 minutes drive from Cape Town City Centre. The house has beautiful views across the water to Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lions Head, we are also perfectly situated for the stunning sunsets.
The house is well positioned in a quite neighbourhood, with easy access to the rapid transport bus system and to the main road and road newtwork. We are just a 15 - 30 minute drive from the majority of major tourist attractions as well as the International Airport.
Our house is a two storey house, largely open plan with lots of doors and windows so it is very light and bright with a homely beach house feel. We have a reasonable sized garden at the front of the house and a fenced in swimming pool making it ideal for families and children alike.
On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining room with indoor barbeque and dining table that seats 8. There is also a second lounge/sun room that leads on to the swimming pool with a double room and shower bathroom en suite on this level.
On the second floor are the bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size bed and balcony, two double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom along with two full bathrooms.
The house is equipped with two televisions with DSTV connection, and Wi Fi throughout and we have a table tennis table, several bikes and a two man canoe that can be used.
We are a family of 5 - Michael. Caroline, Thomas, Hannah and Rebecca
Michael is a self employed Hotel Management Consultant
Caroline is a stay at home mum
