About our home

Our simple home is on the side of the mountain in Muizenberg (a seaside suburburb of Cape Town, South Africa). We have an open lounge with large windows with views over the city, mountains and ocean. The upper level of the house we have one large bedroom inclusive of an open plan bathroom. There is another large bedroom and a smaller room that is perfect for kids. There is an outside patio and a garage. The lounge and bedrooms have swooping views over False Bay and the mountains - perfect for watching the sun rise and the full moon reflect on the water. The lower part of the house (large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and deck) is listed as a separate house with different availability (we live in the top section) - if dates align, both spaces are available., otherwise they are swappable as independent units.

More about us

  1. We are a family of males - a South African doctor and Cuban industrial designer and two young, energetic boys.

  2. As a family we love spending time outdoors and our home gives the feeling of flying over the Indian Ocean with views of the mountains

  3. We have lived in our home for six years - it is relaxing, functional and good for kids.
