About our home

Our home is clean, spacious and comfortable. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. 3 double beds, 1 double bunk and 1 single bed. Only 300 metres from the beach. We have a piano, plenty of reading material as well as jigsaw puzzles and a sizeable collection of music CD's. The village has 80 permanent residents and about 200 homes (mostly holiday homes)in total. The only village in South Africa inside a national park. We also have a canoe for canoeing on the river. Best weather is January to March, but available any time of the year.

More about us

  1. We are Geoff and Felicity, retired teachers (music and English/drama respectively) with 3 adult children (not living at home) as well as 2 grandchildren. One of our sons is currently in London, whom we would like to visit. We are non-smokers. We enjoy wildlife, especially bird-watching, as well as music, reading and sport.
