About our home

Our north-facing open plan home, situated in a security estate located on the southern parameter of the Table Mountain National Park (beautiful hikes!), boasts a large open plan French-country style kitchen, living area, scullery and lounge all leading onto a wide patio with a large outside dining table situated alongside the pool. On the ground floor there is a main en-suite bedroom (with external bathroom door leading to an external courtyard with shower), guest toilet, two children's rooms (each with its own raised double bed, fully secured) - the one room has its own bathroom. The first floor has a magnificent view of the mountain with a huge open-plan tv/ play/ entertainment area with a swing, climbing wall and gym with a bathroom leading off it. There is a further expansive double bedroom on the first floor with spectacular sea views over False Bay. In addition the back-garden is home to a significant vegetable garden and green house (which produce you are welcome to harvest), a bunny and guinea pig! We are located roughly 30km from Cape Town CBD, five minutes from the spectacular Chapman's Peak pass, ten minutes drive from Noordhoek Beach (Atlantic Ocean) and fifteen minutes drive from Fish Hoek beach (False Bay -Indian Ocean). There are two shopping malls five minutes drive away in the valley below. We are located on the southern side of the Peninsula - about 30kms from Cape Point National Reserve (a must!).
