About our home

Ideal Work from Home. The most relaxing environment in a great location. Walks in parks nearby. Close to busy CBD of Rosebank. Great restaurants & trendy Boho areas closeby.

A studio apartment is on the property should you need additional accommodation. More services available on request

Large self contained one bedroomed furnished apartement. Own kitchen. Dining area leading onto a private courtyard. Open plan lounge also has a double bed sleeper couch. DSTV. Ideal work from home as the lounge is are details on the matress. It's SABS and South Africa chiropractic approved. The make is Restonic. It has a "marvellous middle" . Dream catcher. LFK Plush. This is the information embroidered on the side of the mattress. It's 23cms deep which I believe is referred to as extra depth. It's a Queen width and 201cms long which I'm unsure...but i think is extra length as well. It's a very high quality as is the linen.

Private use of the entire area...entrance, kitchen/ dining room. bathroom, open plan lounge which can be used for a bedroom room and/or office. (There is an optional extra office either for your own use at extra negotiated additional fee...or out of bounds. It is not shared by others so no worries).

The apartment is serviced twice weekly during a longer stay. Washing of your clothes can be done at an extra fee. There is no washing machine of your own in the apartment.

Unlimited WiFi. Electricity and water is included. DSTV. Fully furnished. Fan. Heating in bedroom and lounge. Shaded car cover.

Where is it?


The beautiful treed Parks are closeby. The Zoo and Zoo lake are walking distance. Tremendous Malls, restaurants, cinemas and the Gautrain (train to PTA + sandton + airport) is so closeby. Walking distance. Hospital and specialist doctors closeby.

Gautrain is 12 mins walk away. Buses are 5 mins away. Uber is strong in our area. There is a shaded parking available for one car right outside your front door.

Buzzy restaurants
Right around the corner (walking distance) there is the main hub of Parkwood with an array of fantastic and vibey restaurants. Rosebank Mall is a 5 min drive and is filled some some of the best restaurants in town.

A great cafe' is on the corner of our street serving incredible coffee and delicious breakfasts and lunches.
Retail therapy
Rosebank Shopping Centre - 5 min drive. Sandton Shopping Centre - 15 min drive. Parkhurst (filled with lovely boutiques and delicious restaurants and cafes) - 7 min drive.
Bit of culture
Rosebank is the hub of the art scene in Johannesburg with art galleries right around the corner within walking distance. The first Thursday of every month the streets come alive and all shops and galleries are open late into the evening - "First Thursdays".
Walks in the park
You're in Parkwood! So the home of the best parks in South Africa - some walking distance, others a short drive away.
Spot of exercise
Many gyms located just a 5 minute drive away.
Day tripping
Red Bus Tours of Johannesburg is a must! Visit Soweto for a cultural and historical day out and see the home of Nelson Mandela.
