About our home

I am an artist living in a modern furnished double story townhouse in a security complex situated in the centre of Stellenbosch with everything within walking distance.
The house has an open plan with lounge, dining area and kitchen. It has a small garden with entertainment area. There are one bedroom with two 3/4 beds, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bathroom, all upstairs. There are also a TV area, studio and balcony upstairs.
I can organise a cleaner on Monday and Thursday but this must be discussed in advance.
There is a washing machine, tumble drier and dish washer.
Hair drier and extra clean bedding.
Uber is often used in Stellenbosch, which is surrounded by beautiful wine farms.
The Western Cape is currently experiencing a drought, so water has to be used sparingly.

Where is it?

Stellenbosch is a university town in South Africa's Western Cape province. It's surrounded by the vineyards of the Cape Winelands and the mountainous nature reserves of Jonkershoek and Simonsberg. The town's oak-shaded streets are lined with cafes, boutiques and art galleries. Cape Dutch architecture gives a sense of South Africa's Dutch colonial history, as do the Village Museum's period houses and gardens.
The Western Cape is a Malaria free area.
