About our home

Our house was renovated in 2001, has some wooden ceilings, a terrace with views, current amenities and lift. It is in the historical center of the city and 20 minutes walk from the beach.

Near there are a area restaurants and tapas bars. Also a 6 hectares park with areas for children.
Bit of culture
The house is situated in the peaceful area close to the main monuments of the city (Fortress, cathedral, mosque and ancient historical places)
Day tripping
The city has beaches, 5 minutes drives or 20 minute walks, you can also go half an hour from the amazing beaches of the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata, salt flats and other unique places because of natural and cultural great wealth of the province: three natural parks, a national park, ruins of the first European cities, remains Phoenicians, Romans and Arabs. Also nearby are three theme parks on the American West and other tourist attractions such as boat trips, camel treks into the desert, water park and marinas. Granada is 165 km and you can go by ferry to Melilla (Spanish city in Africa with charm)
