Townhouse with stunning sea view: beach & marina 150 meters

“We spent a very good time in La Herradura last easter at Baiba and David\'s house. We first met a great family with Baiba, David and their 2 sons, Miles & Matisse. Their welcome was very friendly and we had a couple of drinks in town together during our holidays. They explained everything about what we should know about the city and other cities/places we could visit around. This made this trip very secure and friendly for us who didn\'t know at all this part of Spain. Their house is great and has a fantastic see view with terrace on 2 levels, from bedrooms and living room. From breakfast to dinner, we had all meals on the terrace in mid april. We also spent good times playing ping-pong on the ground floor in the room game! we were not courageous enough to go kayak but they do have kayaks and they told us we could use it as well! the beach is only 5 mn walking from the house and it looks like it the best one I\'ve seen around. small beach with a cafe/restaurant, very quiet. the closest city, La Herradura, has all convenient shops and restaurants and it\'s not too crowdy. We really appreciate to spend our holidays there.”

“Baiba, Dave and the children are really very nice. The house is very well located to spend time at the beach ant to visit Andalusia. In the morning, we had breakfast on the sunny terrace, then we were going swimming before taking the car to visit Grenada, Malaga, country an many little villages. What a nice time! The house is really well to live in. We had only pleasure, no trouble at all! Our house was very very clean when they lived and everything was perfect. We recommended this exchange!”

“We had a great time in La Herradura in the house of Baiba and Dave. We spend our holiday in their house with our three teenage sons. We all had a great time. The house was very nice and the views spectacular. We spent a lot of time looking at the sea with binoculars to see if we spot some dolphins, but unfortunately. But we so the full moon coming up from the see, and it was beautiful. We enjoyed the beach near the house a lot. Our boys met a lot of young people on the beach and spoke a lot of languages. We also visited Malaga, Nerja and Grenada. Beautiful villages and not far away. We met Dave and Baiba just before we came to the house and we loved their hospitality. We recommended the house and environment to everybody. It was a great exchange.”

“Da Enrica di Sondrio - Valtellina - Italia (ID 70095) Abbiamo trascorso giorni bellissimi nella casa accogliente di Marina del Este. Qui tutto parla di questa famiglia felice: le numerose foto, le attrezzature per il tempo libero, i colori... I balconi affacciati sul piccolo porto e sul mare offrono ad ogni ora uno spettacolo diverso e magico. Il luogo è elegante e silenzioso, la vicina spiaggia non affollata. Ma quando si è saturi di tranquillità, in pochi minuti d\'auto, la Herradura offre locali per tutti i gusti e molte opportunità di sport, primo fra tutti l\'immersione nei limpidi fondali della zona. Tutt\'intorno l\' Andalusia con i suoi luoghi affascinanti e carichi di storia, e la sua gente molto cordiale!!! Baiba, David, Miles e Matisse sono persone stupende e lo si intuisce fin dai primi contatti. “C\'était notre premier échange, et il a été formidable! Baiba et Dave sont très sympatiques, Leur maison est idéalement placée, avec une vue superbe sur la mer et la marina! Elle était impeccable et très pratique. C\'est une résidence très tranquille, tout en étant proche de plages plus animées si on le souhaite. C\'est un bon point de départ pour visiter l\'Andalousie, et les infos et conseils de Baiba et Dave ont été très pertinents! “We had a very pleasant and relaxing time at La Herradura in your apartment. The location is cute and the view from your terrace is beautiful. Your home is spacious and well equipped for those who want to do watersport. It is located very nearby a beautiful beach with not too many people at the time we were there. We really enjoyed swimming (especially in the evening), kayaking and snorkeling in the clear water of the sea. From La Herradura, we could easily reach cities like Granada and Malaga, but also the mountains and its white villages. We do recommend La Harradura and your apartment, an ideal place for a family like ours. The location is perfect to explore Andalusia: La Herradura, Almunecar, Nerja, Granada (Alhambra), Marbella and Gibraltar. We enjoyed the beach near the house and the restaurant on the beach! “Nous venons de passer une semaine de détente et de visites dans le sud de l'Espagne. Nous avons profité à 5 des fêtespascales et de nombreuses processions ç'est vraiment intéressant. La maison de dave and Baiba est très bien situé pour visiter la région: Malaga, Grenade, les villages blancs.. il faut bien sûr une voiture même si on peut faire des ballades à pieds et aller à la plage. Cette maison est très fonctionnelle, "clean" et agréable à vivre: prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon fleuri avec une très belle vue sur la mer est très sympa. Les contacts avec la famille sont très sympathiques et chaleureux; ils sont aussi très réactifs aux mails ce qui facilite l'échange.
