we can offer a non-simultaneous exchange as well. We have our villa available from 10th of August 2013 till 25th August, August 2014 or simultaneously during X-mas 2013 of course
Contact me also through ivanbavel@yahoo.com and our villa is taken good care of and of course we will take care of yours (and our daughters are well behaved and well-educated :). If we would need to take care of pets, that would be even great (if the pet is used to play with children).
The villa is located in a very nice area near the center of a small but characteristic Spanish village called La Herradura and has, what we think, all ingredients for a great holiday.
The villa is less than 100 meters from the beach and close to a natural parc with beautiful mountains.
Around 5 miles (8 km) away is the vibrating and touristic village Nerja with his beautiful Balcon d’Europa and beaches and it is just one hour from Malaga (known e.g. for his Picasso Museum) and Granada (known from e.g. El Alhambra).
Driving inlands between half an hour and two hours are the beautiful mountains of Las Alpujarras and Sierra Nevada.
Besides that, there is the city of Córdoba (famous for the Mezquita/Muslim cathedral) and much more. Andalucía has, what we think, the perfect combination if you like: sea, beaches, mountains, some history and culture & good food and wines:).
