About our home

It's an attached house of a row of charming little houses. They are houses of the 80s that, at the time, won design awards. Our home is completely renovated inside, with a careful decoration and design. It has two small floors, with living room and kitchen downstairs, and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with access from a staircase. The distribution and decoration make it a lovely, bright and comfortable house to move around.

It has a small private space in front and another behind, with a dining table. It's very nice to be there at nightfall and night, with pleasant temperatures and peace. You can also have a beautiful sunrise breakfast in the calm and silence of the neighbourhood in the mornings. It's ideal for couples or a family with two children.

The house is in Altafulla, a village of Costa Dorada in Catalonia, near the cities of Tarragona and Barcelona. It's in the old area of the town, where it's nice to walk through its small cobbled streets that surround the Castle. At the same time, it's a 20-minute walk from Altafulla beach, a beautiful and nothing crowded coastline. This beach also has some coves that can be visited nearby. This place is perfect for those who seek silence, relax and to disconnect.

Near the house, in the same area of the old town and on the beachside, there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and banks, having everything you need on hand. There are some beautiful garden bars to go for a drink during the day and at night. There are no party bars or discos, as it is a town that is looking for another type of relaxed tourism.

Besides, for days where you want more movement and cultural activities or shopping, you are near two principal cities of Catalonia.

- Barcelona: 1 hour by train from the station or 50 minutes-1 hour by car.
- Tarragona: less than 10 minutes by train from the station or 10-15 minutes by car.

The two cities offer a wide range of cultural plans and many things to visit and do. The train station is 20 minutes walk from the house, with a high frequency to the cities (every half hour or one hour depending on the time slot). It's a perfect plan to spend the day in the city.

Port Aventura is also very close to Altafulla (about 20 minutes by train or car), a great amusement park for children and adults.

It's an excellent stay to combine relaxation in a beach town with fun in cities and attractions.
