About our home

Our house was recently built with a Mediterranean exterior and with a modern and comfortable interior designed by prestigious Interiorist. It is located in the center of the old village of Altea and just 2 minutes walking to the beach.

Altea is without doubt one of the most charming towns to be found on Spain’s ‘White Coast’, located in the region of Alicante. With the Mediterranean as a backdrop stands the old sailor Altea who has to his credit with a view of incomparable beauty. Tranquility and peace in a unique setting, close to the Parque Natural de Serra Gelada, beach de l'Olla, overlooking L'Illeta, and close to the beautiful beaches of Cap Blanch, La Roda o Solsida. An ideal location to soak up the essence of the Costa Blanca.
The town is just 11 kilometres north of Benidorm, yet the two resorts are worlds apart. The old section is perched on top of a hill from where you will find really spectacular views.

This town will captivated the travellers by its medieval cobbled streets, its picture book old quarter and the delights of its palm-fringed seafront promenade.

The ascent to the old section along steep slopes and stepped streets reveals a broad horizon at every turn and extends along the entire La Marina region. The silhouette of the Peñon de Ifach on one side and the Helade range on the other, frame the view of the sea, with the ever present gulls sweeping low over the town.

Inland areas (few km from Altea) include: the waterfalls of Algar, the medieval “Castell of Guadalest”, La Nucia, Polop.

Child Theme Parks (near Altea, less than 15 min by car): The offer is so varied, that you will not be able to decide on which one. To spend a day enjoying all the fun that a water park has to offer, then Aqualandia or Aqua Natura Benidorm is your choice. Combined with a visit to the animal park Mundomar, your day can be perfect. Even if you decide to ride on the longest wooden roller coaster in Europe, Terra Mitica awaits. But that´s not all, Terra Natura gives you the chance to get to know more than 200 animal species from all over the world of which 50 are in danger of extinction.

Benidorm makes a great day out with its eclectic collection of bars, playgrounds and beaches and ferry rides to the Balearics can be made from nearby Denia.
