About our home

This complex comprises individually owned apartments of different shapes and sizes. The majority of owners (myself included) of this apartment complex in South Tenerife are English along with Spanish, Italians, Germans etc. and the complex is English managed. Situated right next to the sea in a quiet location, there is a heated (October to April) pool, a pool restaurant and there are well maintained gardens. The area is near to many shops and restaurants.
If you like activities there are plenty of choices in Tererife:-
Costal walks, hill walks, mountain walks, cycling (the major teams train here from February to April because of the altitude and favourable climate). Also, for the less fit, you can take a bicycle, by service bus, up to the Teide cable car at 2350 meters and then cycle all the way back downhill (but there is a small uphill section) to the apartment. Also:-Diving, paragliding, horse riding. Inexpensive car rental, motorcycle hire. If you don't want to be active, just laying by the pool is the lazy option. With Tenerife being approximately half way to the Equator (from England) the winter daytime temperatures are in the range 20 - 25 degrees, at the apartment. Whilst on Teide mountain, at 3,700 metres, there can be snow.
Tenerife South Airport is a 15 - 20 minute taxi or 30 minute bus ride away. There are daily flights from East Midlands Airport (Nottingham is a 20 minute drive) to Tenerife South and flights from many other UK airports.
Always try to fly to the south airport, not to the north.
