About our home

Our appartment is just been renewed and all counters, appliances furtniture is barely 6 months old. It has a big open kitchen and large living room to a patio. The kitchen has white marble countertops, and an oak island with stools for 4. It is fully equiped with induction cooktop, fridge and freexer, oven and microwave, dishwashewr and osmotic purification system fro drinking water. The water of the entire appartment is decalcified as well. The living room has ample coucches large dining table and a 55-inch flatscreen cable smartTV (Netflix). A kilburn wireless sound system is also available for pairing your playlists from your devices.

There is 1 master bedroom with bathroom and 2 clossets and 2 more bedrooms with closet/wardrobe, plus another full bathrom with double sink, tub and shower. A 4rth room is currently used as office space oppening to a balcony. The appartment is in the quite Sarrià neighnborhood in Barcelona and just 5 min walk away from the subway which will take you to Plaza Catlunya, Las Rambles in 15 min.

Where is it?


Sarrià is a neighborhood in Barcelona a known for his priviledge position in a wuite and residential area yet very well connected (15 min subway) to the major downtown attractions and city highlights. The neighborhood is home for the largest international community in Barcelona and hence has plenty of internatinal schools and high living standards. Parks, coffee and pastry shops, small cozy restaurants and a lively atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in a small town inside the city.
