About our home
We live in a spacious industrial loft 168 square meters + terrace of 26 square meters in the lovely Poblenou area
We are very close to the beach, Ciatudella parc and El Born.
From the terrace, you have a great view of the city, the mountains, and a glimpse of the sea.
The loft has one bedroom and a very small second room for working. Suitable for couples or individuals.
Great for remote working, digital nomads.

We are NOT open to point swaps at the moment, we are only interested in non-simultaneous swaps with flexible people (mainly people with 2 houses or more). From the very beginning, they made it easy and stress free for us in every way. And their home is absolutely breathtaking. An enormous top floor loft space that has been so uniquely and creatively designed that we almost didn’t want to leave the house, and sometimes we didn’t! They are located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Barcelona, just a block away from a Metro stop that put us close to everything we wanted to see. We are a couple living partly in Amsterdam and partly in Barcelona. In both cities, we own a lovely apartment/loft with a terrace in a top location.

Neighbourhood
In the lively Diagonal@22 district, a mixture of industrial buildings with open spaces - very close to the beach.
El Poblenou is known for its authencity, a nice combination of local people and foreigners working here for the big companies or start-ups. You find new and old architecture, and a wide range of restaurants and bars/cafes and a big shopping center (Glories).
